Broadband

How long does it take to install business broadband?
Installation timeframes vary depending on the service: SoGEA typically takes 5-10 working days, FTTP 10-15 working days (if the building is already fibre-enabled), and Leased Lines 45-90 working days. Our team will provide a more accurate timeframe during the order process.
What happens if my broadband connection goes down?
We offer various backup options including 4G/5G failover solutions that automatically activate if your primary connection goes down. This ensures business continuity even during outages. For Leased Line customers, we provide a 4-hour fix SLA to minimize downtime.

Telecoms

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes, you can transfer (port) your existing phone numbers to our hosted telecoms platform. The porting process typically takes 2-3 weeks, and we'll manage the entire process for you to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to your business.
Do I need special phones for your hosted telecoms system?
Our system works best with IP phones like those from Yealink, which we can provide. However, you can also use our mobile and desktop apps to make and receive calls from any device. If you have existing IP phones, they may be compatible—our team can check this for you.

Mobile

Can I port my mobile numbers to your service?
Yes, you can port your existing mobile numbers to our service using a PAC code. The porting process typically takes 1-2 business days once the PAC code is provided. We'll handle the entire process for you to ensure a smooth transition.
Do you offer international roaming?
Yes, our Premium plans include EU roaming as standard. For businesses with global operations, we offer international roaming packages covering over 150 countries worldwide. Custom roaming solutions can be tailored for specific business travel requirements.

Billing & Contracts

How will I be billed for your services?
We bill monthly via Direct Debit. You'll receive a detailed electronic invoice before each payment that breaks down all charges. For multiple services, we can provide consolidated billing for easier financial management.
What are your contract terms?
Our mobile services are available on 30-day rolling contracts. Broadband services typically have 12-month minimum terms, while Leased Lines have 36-month terms. Telecoms services have flexible terms starting from 30 days. We can discuss specific requirements during your consultation.
